Kayla Welsh Say hello

Privacy

The short version: I keep your email address to send you my stories, and nothing else.

The newsletter

  • What I keepYour email address, the date you signed up, which page you signed up on, and the rough country Cloudflare sees.
  • WhyTo email you when a new story is out. Nothing else. I never sell or share your address.
  • Where it livesIn a private database on my Cloudflare account. When I choose an email service to send the stories, your address moves there, and I'll name it on this page.
  • How longUntil you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just email me.
  • Your sayAsk me to see, change or delete what I hold about you at hello@kayla-welsh.com.

The rest of the site

No tracking or advertising cookies, and the site doesn't count or follow you. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address like any web request.

Some pages show films from Vimeo, YouTube and NOWNESS. Their players load when you scroll to them and follow their own privacy policies; Vimeo and YouTube run in their privacy-enhanced modes.

Who I am
